Child & Adult Care Food Program

Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provides qualified applicants with the opportunity for a home-based business providing day care homes for working parents and their children. CACFP reimburses home day care owners for food served to the children in their care.

Early Head Start

The Early Head Start program provides education and services to low-income pregnant moms and infants ages 0 to 3. CARD's Early Head Start program is funded to serve 36 individuals and operates home-based and center-based options in Wagoner and Rogers counties.

Head Start

Head Start philosophy is based on the belief that positive educational, social, and health intervention in preschool years helps children succeed in school and in life.  They also receive medical and dental care, have healthy meals and snacks, and enjoy playing indoors and outdoors in a safe environment.
