Emergency rent and utility payments are provided for income-qualified clients who meet the following requirements:

• Provide proof of low income
• In an emergency situation
• Show ability to pay a portion of the bill
• Provide proof of need (i.e., cut-off notice or eviction notice)

Families may qualify for assistance one or two times per year depending on qualifications at a specific site.  Assistance is provided at all the county offices.
